Why we exist

Every year, thousands of talented athletes stop competing before anyone who could change their career ever sees them play. Not because they lacked ability, but because scouting still depends on geography, budgets and personal networks.

Scouts face the opposite problem. They have limited time, limited reach and no reliable way to find the athlete who fits exactly what they need.

Scoutyx connects both sides. Athletes build a profile that shows who they are, how they train and what they have achieved. Scouts, clubs and agencies use AI-powered discovery to find them, wherever they are.

Gonzalo Campoy Fernández

Founder & CEO

Scoutyx was founded by Gonzalo Campoy Fernández, a Spanish entrepreneur from Alicante and a judo black belt who spent his youth competing on the mat.

Years in competitive sport taught him something that stuck: the athletes who get noticed are not always the best ones. They are the ones who happen to be in the right place, in front of the right person, on the right day.

In 2025 he started building Scoutyx to remove that luck from the equation. He designed the product from the ground up and leads the company's strategy, partnerships and development.

Leadership

  • Tanvir Islam

    Lead Developer

    Tanvir spent three years as a software engineer at Leonardo DRS, building and testing mission-critical backend systems in C++. He also founded Affie, a studio engineering web platforms for businesses. At Scoutyx he leads development, security and reliability across the platform.

  • Daniel de Miñaur

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Daniel has worked inside professional sport from both sides of the table: at the ATP Tour's office in Monaco, and as a football scout at SeventyTwo Sports Group. At Scoutyx he leads sports partnerships and expansion into new markets.
