Illustrative results with invented athletes. Athene search is for scouts on Scout Pro and for clubs.
Scouts and clubs describe the player they need in plain words, and Scoutyx answers with real profiles from its database. This page is how you make sure yours is one of them.
Your profile score
Three things make a profile worth opening.
Your completion score is yours alone: scouts never see it. It measures what they do see, and a complete profile is featured more in scout recommendations and in the feed.
Step 1 of 3
- +20%
A photo of you
A clear head-and-shoulders shot, ideally in kit. It is the first thing on every card a scout scrolls past.
- +30%
A highlight video
Two minutes of real match footage beats a polished edit. Scouts want to see how you move when nobody has cut around it.
- +50%
Your numbers
Height, top speed, strong foot and last season. Search matches on them, so an empty field is a question you cannot answer.

Walkthrough
From empty to complete, in the app.
Recorded in the Scoutyx app with a demo account: a photo, a highlight video and a season of stats, and the score climbing with each one.
What the video shows
- A new athlete profile opens at 0%.
- A profile photo is chosen and cropped. Once it passes its safety check, the score rises to 20%.
- A highlight video is picked from the phone, given a caption and published. Once it passes its safety check, the score rises to 50%.
- Height, weight, strong foot, top speed and the season’s numbers are filled in, in two saves: 65%, then 100%.
- A short bio is added, and the finished profile is shown.

What happens when a scout finds you
Message request
Scout · Valencia
Saw your highlights. Can we talk about a trial?
They ask before they message
A scout sends a message request. You accept or decline, and a conversation only opens if you accept. Your email is never shown, and profiles have no phone or address field.
- Scoutyx · nowSomeone viewed your profile.
Invented scout and club. A name appears only when the scout shares it.
You hear when someone looks
Scoutyx tells you when a scout or club opens your profile. Pro tells you which of the two it was. Elite shows the scout’s name and club when the scout shares them.

You can report or block anyone
Every athlete profile, post and conversation has report and block. Reports go to a moderation queue that a person reviews.
Under 16?
A parent or guardian says yes first.
You can join from 13. Under 16, your account stays switched off until a parent or guardian agrees, and until then you do not appear in search or in Athene.
01
You sign up in the app
With your date of birth and a parent or guardian’s email.
02
They get one email
A link to a short form. No card, no payment and no identity document.
03
They choose what you can do
A separate yes or no for your profile’s visibility, your media and AI features.
04
Your account opens
With exactly what they allowed. Scouts cannot message anyone under 16.
This is required by law (COPPA in the US for under-13s, GDPR Article 8 in Europe). It is why there are no accounts under 13, and why everyone under 16 needs a guardian’s yes. In a few countries the minimum age is higher; the app tells you when you sign up.
FAQ
Questions
No. Only you see it. In a search, a scout sees how well you match what they asked for, which is why every stat you fill in counts.
